We are dedicated to getting your package to you when you expect it. To ensure adequate delivery time, please use the guidelines below.
If you must receive a package by a given day, you may email our customer service center
for help in choosing a ship method.
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)
Express Mail
For packages 70 lbs. or less. Guaranteed arrival in 1-2 days from date of shipment.
Priority Mail
For packages 70 lbs. or less. Arrival in 1-3 days from the date of shipment.
Parcel Post
For packages 70 lbs. or less. Arrival in 2-9 days from the date of shipment.
Media Mail
For shipments containing MEDIA ONLY (DVD/CD). For packages 70 lbs. or less. Arrival in 2-9 days from the date of shipment.
UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS)
Ground Shipping
Orders reach you within 7-10 business days of our receipt of your order.
3 Day Select
Orders reach you within 3 business days upon shipment.
2nd Day Air
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET reach you within 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET reach you within 1-2 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction on all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will
exchange the item, or refund the merchandise amount only within 30 days of purchasing the product. All
merchandise should be returned in new condition, with original
packaging, accessories, parts, instructions, manuals, etc. If
you paid with a personal check or money order, we will send you
a refund check. If you used a credit card, we will credit
your account.
Video/DVD and audio products may be returned in exchange for the same title only.
Supplements cannot be returned for a refund/exchange if the seal has been broken.
When your order arrives, you will find a packing list inside the
carton. Should you wish to exchange or return merchandise, please take
the following steps:
- Complete the form available below and
enclose it with the return merchandise.
- Help us improve our service and quality by noting the reason
for your return in the section indicated on the form.
- Send the package back to us via Parcel Post (4th class) insured
mail, First Class insured mail (13 oz or less) or UPS (no
private mailing facilities, Priority Mail, or Express Mail) and
save your receipt as record of your return. Sorry, no C.O.D.
