Talk about a workout! I had an extremely weak lower back that was always popping and cracking and getting out of place. I literally did Jon's workout twice and it has stopped not to mention that my stomach feels tighter. This is an excellent way to become more fit and get rid of pain without injuring myself worse and without going to the gym. I do it on the floor of my living room 3 days a week and I am a whole different person!
